When an Chat Aid admin adds a source to their dashboard, the source becomes visible to them and all other admins in the Slack workspace.

The access to the added source remains intact, ensuring that only users with the initial access can retrieve it. Chat Aid retrieves the source using Azure OpenAI's API and then trains the source content using OpenAI's API.
