Who are Chat Aid Admins?
The admin of Chat Aid is those who have administrative privileges on the platform where Chat Aid is being used, such as a team's Slack workspace.

What are admin privileges?
Admin privileges include access to the Chat Aid dashboard, the ability to manage sources/integrations, and the ability to manage other admins.
By default, the user who first installs or signs up for Chat Aid is an Admin.
Adding Other Admins
Here are the steps on how you can provide Admin access to your workspace users:
- Navigate to your Chat Aid dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Navigate to Admin Management
- Click on Add Admin
- Choose your Admins from the dropdown
- Click on Confirm
- You have successfully provided Admin Access to your users

Removing an Admin
Here are the steps on how you can remove the Admin access from your workspace users:
- Navigate to your Chat Aid dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Navigate to Admin Management
- You will find the 3-dots side of the current Admins
- Click on it and select Remove admin
- Confirm the Removal of Admin access
- You are all set!
