Managing Licenses

Assigning/Unassigning Licenses​

Here are the quick steps on how you can Assign the Chat Aid Licenses you have purchased:

  • Open Chat Aid on Slack.
  • Click on Open Dashboard.

  • Navigate to your Billing Page
  • Set the License status dropdown to Unassigned.
  • Click on the 3-dots next to the user that you want to assign or unassign a license.
  • Confirm by clicking on Assign.

Adding Additional Licenses​

Each individual user who is authorized to ask questions requires a license to interact with Chat Aid. If you need to purchase more licenses, you can [follow these instructions](../Pricing and Subscription/subscription-management.md#managing-billing-information) to add additional licenses. Any changes to the quantity will be prorated to your Next Billing Cycle.
