Resolve Error 400 on Chat Aid: Windows and Mac Users

When using Chat Aid, this 400 error may occur when connecting to your Google Drive account. Please follow the below steps to resolve this.

Chrome** for Windows and Mac **Users

Open your Browser settings by clicking on the 3-dots.

Search for "Cookies" on your settings search bar and Choose the option "Cookies and other site data"

Click on Allow all cookies

  • Refresh your Chat Aid page
  • Retry connecting your G-Drive
  • You are all set
