Connect Custom Files to Chat Aid to make your file storagedata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.
How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Custom Files in the File Storage category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Custom Files credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Custom Files content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

- txt
- csv
- xlsx
- pptx
- docx
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Custom Files data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
