How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Web in the Internet category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Web credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Web content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:
Pages
- Public web pages
- Sitemaps
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Web data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
