How do I rename Chat Aid in my Slack workspace?

Please follow the steps below to rename Chat Aid in your Slack workspace:

  • Open Chat Aid in your Slack.
  • Navigate to the Configuration page by clicking on About.

The Chat Aid 'About' Tab​

  • Scroll down to find the Bot User option.
  • Click on Edit.

Click on Edit.​

  • Enter your preferred name for Chat Aid and save the changes.

Bot User​

  • You are all set

Succcessful add of Bot User​
