How do you correct Chat Aid when he is wrong?

For non-admins:​

If you feel the wiki answer you have received from the Chat Aid is wrong, you can request your Admin for help. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Click on the thumbs down vote for the answer you have received from Chat Aid.

Thumbs down the message​

  • Click on the three dots to view more options from the Chat Aid message.
  • Ask Admin for Help

Ask admin for help​

  • Ask for help from the pop-up displaying your team admins.
  • Chat Aid notifies your team admins.

For Admins:​

Once your team member requests for a help, Chat Aid will notify you via DM to help.

Chat Aid self reort​

  • Click on Help now to help your team by navigating to the Questions page of Chat Aid.
  • From the pop-up, click on Answer to help.

Manual correction​

  • Enter your answer and click on Send answer.

Send Answer​

Chat Aid will send your answer to the teammate who asked for help. Chat Aid will also ingest your answer and use it to answer similar questions more accurately in the future.

Answer from admin is displayed under the same thread.
