How to Connect

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
2. Find Airtable in the Ticketing category
3. Click Connect
4. Authenticate with your Airtable credentials
5. Select which content to train on
6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Airtable content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
