Connect Canny to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Canny in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Canny credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Canny content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Posts

  • Ticket title
  • Ticket description
  • Page type
  • Post status
  • Post tags
  • Post space
  • Created by
  • Published at
  • Post URL
  • Created at

Comments

  • Created by
  • Parent comment
  • Comment body
  • Created at
