How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Salesforce in the CRM category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Salesforce credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Salesforce content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
