How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Zendesk Sell in the CRM category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Zendesk Sell credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Zendesk Sell content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Zendesk Sell data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
