Connect Zendesk Sell to Chat Aid to make your crmdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Zendesk Sell in the CRM category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Zendesk Sell credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Zendesk Sell content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
