Connect Linear to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Linear in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Linear credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Linear content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Ticket number
  • Ticket description
  • Assignee name
  • Ticket tags
  • Created at
  • Updated at
  • Completed at
  • Ticket status
  • Ticket due date
  • Priority
  • Ticket URL
