How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find SharePoint in the Knowledge Management category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your SharePoint credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your SharePoint content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:
Pages
- Page title
- Page URL
- Page content
Auto-Retrain
Keep your SharePoint data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
