Connect Zendesk to Chat Aid to make your helpdeskdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Zendesk in the Helpdesk category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Zendesk credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Zendesk content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
