Overview

Connect Basecamp to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Basecamp in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Basecamp credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Basecamp content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Assignee name
  • Ticket status
  • Created by
  • Due date
  • Ticket description
  • Workspace
  • Collection
  • Ticket Contact
  • Created at
  • Updated at
  • Completed at
  • Ticket URL
