How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Zendesk - Help Center in the Knowledge Management category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Zendesk - Help Center credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Zendesk - Help Center content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
