- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Zendesk - Help Center in the Knowledge Management category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Zendesk - Help Center credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Zendesk - Help Center content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Zendesk - Help Center data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
