Overview

Connect Intercom to Chat Aid to make your helpdeskdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Intercom in the Helpdesk category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Intercom credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Intercom content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Assignee name
  • Ticket status
  • Created by
  • Ticket description
  • Ticket contact
  • Ticket attachments
  • Ticket tags
  • Created at
  • Updated at
  • Completed at
  • Priority

Contacts

  • Contact first name
  • Contact last name
  • Contact name
  • Contact email address
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Created_at
  • Updated_at
