Connect Freshdesk to Chat Aid to make your helpdeskdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.
How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Freshdesk in the Helpdesk category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Freshdesk credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Freshdesk content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:
Tickets
- Ticket name
- Assignee name
- Ticket status
- Ticket due date
- Ticket type
- Ticket contact
- Ticket tags
- Created at
- Updated at
- Priority
Contacts
- Contact name
- Contact email address
- Contact phone number
- Account ID
- Created at
- Updated at
Users
- User name
- User email address
- Is user active: true/false
- Created at
- Updated at
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Freshdesk data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
