How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Google Workspace in the HRIS category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Google Workspace credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Google Workspace content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:
Employees
- Employee number
- Employee name
- Employee groups
- Employee email
- Employee phone numbers
- Employee manager
- Created at
Groups
- Group name
- Group description
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Google Workspace data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
