How to Connect
- Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
- Find Gorgias in the Ticketing category
- Click Connect
- Authenticate with your Gorgias credentials
- Select which content to train on
- Click Start Training
What Data is Accessed?
Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Gorgias content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.
Chat Aid absorbs the following information:
Tickets
- Ticket name
- Ticket number
- Assignee name
- Ticket status
- Created by
- Ticket description
- Ticket contact
- Ticket tags
- Created at
- Updated at
- Priority
- Language
- Is ticket unread: true/false
Contacts
- Contact name
- Contact email
- Contact details
- Created at
- Updated at
Users
- User name
- User email
- Is user active: true/false
- User role
- Created at
- Updated at
Auto-Retrain
Keep your Gorgias data up-to-date by configuring automatic retraining schedules (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
