Connect Gorgias to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find Gorgias in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Gorgias credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your Gorgias content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Ticket number
  • Assignee name
  • Ticket status
  • Created by
  • Ticket description
  • Ticket contact
  • Ticket tags
  • Created at
  • Updated at
  • Priority
  • Language
  • Is ticket unread: true/false

Contacts

  • Contact name
  • Contact email
  • Contact details
  • Created at
  • Updated at

Users

  • User name
  • User email
  • Is user active: true/false
  • User role
  • Created at
  • Updated at
