Connect ClickUp to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find ClickUp in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your ClickUp credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your ClickUp content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Ticket description
  • Ticket status
  • Created by
  • Collection
  • Parent type
  • Created at
  • Priority
