Overview

Connect YouTrack to Chat Aid to make your ticketingdata searchable and accessible through AI-powered conversations.

How to Connect

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Chat Aid dashboard
  2. Find YouTrack in the Ticketing category
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authenticate with your YouTrack credentials
  5. Select which content to train on
  6. Click Start Training

What Data is Accessed?

Chat Aid requests read-only access to your YouTrack content. We never modify, delete, or share your data with third parties.

Chat Aid absorbs the following information:

Tickets

  • Ticket name
  • Ticket number
  • Assignee name
  • Ticket status
  • Created by
  • Ticket description
  • Collection
  • Ticket type
  • Parent ticket
  • Ticket attachments
  • Ticket tag
  • Created at
  • Updated at
  • Completed at
  • Ticket URL
  • Priority
